Instructions

  1. Slice Zucchini: Cut the zucchini in half lengthwise, then slice each half into thin strips to prepare for grilling.
  2. Grill Zucchini: Heat a large non-stick griddle pan over medium-high heat. Place the zucchini strips on the pan without adding any oil. Cook for about 3 minutes on each side, until the zucchini develops brown grill marks and softens slightly.
