Dough
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- Prepare the dough: In a large bowl, combine the flour and salt. Gradually add the warm water while stirring until a rough dough forms. - Roll and add scallions: Divide the dough into four equal portions. Roll each portion into a thin circle on a floured surface.
