Instructions

  1. Prepare the dough: In a large bowl, combine the flour and salt. Gradually add the warm water while stirring until a rough dough forms. Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic. Cover the dough with a clean kitchen towel and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  2. Roll and add scallions: Divide the dough into four equal portions. Roll each portion into a thin circle on a floured surface. Brush the surface lightly with vegetable oil and evenly sprinkle the chopped scallions over it. Roll the dough circle into a log shape, then coil the log into a round patty.
