  • 100ml cranberry juice
  • ½ orange, juiced
  • 80ml sparkling white grape juice

Garnish and Ice

  • 6 sage leaves
  • around 4 ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Glasses: Pour 50ml cranberry juice into each of two champagne coupes or wine glasses.
  2. Add Orange Juice: Divide the juice of half an orange evenly between the two glasses, then gently stir to combine with the cranberry juice.
  3. Add Sage and Ice: Place 3 fresh sage leaves and one or two ice cubes in each glass to add an herbal note and chill the drink.
  4. Top with Sparkling Grape Juice: Carefully top up each glass with sparkling white grape juice to add effervescence and sweetness, completing the spritz.

Notes

  • Use fresh orange juice for the best flavor.
  • Sparkling white grape juice adds sweetness without alcohol, making this a great non-alcoholic spritz.
  • Adjust the number of ice cubes to your preference for chill and dilution.
  • The sage leaves add a lovely herbal aroma; gently bruise them before adding to release more flavor.
